Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, With MultiStream Technology, 78 oz Removable Reservoir, and Programmable Settings, Stainless Steel MultiStream Technology for a Caffeine Idyll

Keurig knows that coffee is not an arbitrary drink. They discard the idea that adding a pinch of coffee to a mug of water means making a good cup of Joe.

Because precise extraction and flow control make for beautifully-flavored coffees, the company designed Keurig K-Supreme Plus with MultiStream technology.

This technology is nothing new and was previously used on K-Supreme. However, due to its efficiency, Keurig used it on the coffee maker’s improved version as well.

With this method of extraction, water flows into the coffee through five holes. Instead of pinching your favorite K-Cup only at the center, K-Supreme Plus makes four more holes close to the cup’s rim. As water flows, it wets every ground evenly, bringing out the richest, deepest flavor of the coffee.

Save Everyone’s Favorite Coffee for a Quick Start of the Day!

Each coffee lover drinks the beverage at their own pace. However, no one likes to wait for their favorite treat in the morning for too long and annoy themselves.

The best Keurig coffee makers prepare the drinks fast, and the newest Plus follows this trend. While the unit makes coffee in a few minutes, it also allows you to save the settings for three of your favorite coffees. This way, your loved ones can have their preferred coffee without choosing the settings every single time.

Choose the Temperature, Strength, and Length of Your Coffee!

Coffee made by Keurig’s latest unit is not at all basic, but complex and customizable. Each cup is a story of its own, and you can create its ‘characters.’ We already hinted at the coffee maker’s programmability options in the last section, and we’ll shed some more light on them now.

This Keurig has three temperature settings, five brew options, and three strength levels. Temperatures go from low to high, with the high-altitude setting available as well. Iced coffee brewed at the lowest temperature possible is also an option!

Out of the five coffee lengths, the 4-ounce cup is the shortest option and the 12-ounce cup is the longest one. This makes a lovely assortment of differently-sized coffees at home!

Finally, the three strength levels allow you to toggle between different coffee intensities throughout the day.
All these settings let you have full control over the flavor of your beverage. Because of that, each coffee will taste exactly the way you want.

Keurig K-Supreme Plus Coffee Maker, Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Brewer, With MultiStream Technology, 78 oz Removable Reservoir, and Programmable Settings, Stainless Steel A Remarkable, Stainless Steel Finish

Stainless steel seems to be the new black for Keurig, and that’s awesome! This resistant-to-corrosion metal makes K-Supreme Plus get out of the company’s plastic scheme and gives the unit a fresh, new feel. Although Keurig graced our homes with lovely coffee makers this 2020, this one wins all medals because of its spectacular finish.

The finish, however, is not all there is; actually the coffee maker’s entire housing is fantastic as well! Being 12.2″ tall, 8.3″ wide, and 13.3″ deep, the Keurig K-Supreme Plus is a small, slim unit ready to fit the most crowded of kitchens and living rooms.

On top of its small footprint, the design of its super-large reservoir helps the coffee maker stay slender, but serve up to 9 coffees before a refill!

Keurig K-Supreme vs Keurig K-Supreme Plus

The similar appearance of K-Supreme Plus and K-Supreme leaves room for many questions, the most frequent of them being, ‘Is there a real difference between these two coffee makers?’ In all honesty, there is, and if you’re on a seesaw between the two, we definitely recommend K-Supreme Plus. Continuing with the honesty, the unit is a bit more expensive than its older version. However, it’s far more advanced and programmable than K-Supreme.

To paint the picture, the latest model features strength and temperature control, both of which let you have fantastically-customized regular coffee. Unfortunately, the K-Supreme and its Strong button fail to give you this commodity. Although you do have an option to make your coffee more or less intense, you won’t be able to fine-tune its strength or choose its temperature.

Because it comes with a few settings only, it makes no sense for the K-Supreme to have programmable favorites, and it doesn’t. However, once you understand that the improved model has them, it’s almost impossible not to appreciate it. This option simply personalizes your coffee experience even more.

Furthermore, the 78-ounce water reservoir of the Keurig K-Supreme Plus is, well, a plus! Reservoirs of that capacity are only seen on larger K-Cup coffee makers, like the K575. In fact, such a large tank on a slim unit truly shows the company’s generosity!
Both our experience and the facts we went through tell us that the K-Supreme Plus is better than the K-Supreme.

FAQ About Keurig K-Supreme Plus

1. How can I save the settings for my favorite coffee?

To do this, start by choosing your desired coffee strength, temperature, and brew size. Then, press one of the three user buttons and hold it to save the changes.

2. Can I reuse a K-Cup?

We don’t recommend you do that. Previously extracted coffee grounds may not make your coffee tasty. Also, if the coffee maker makes new holes in the K-Cups apart from the ones it’s already made, you might to many coffee grounds in your coffee.

  2. It’s terrible. Our first Keurig lasted 6 years. This one is 2 months in and it is needing to be descaled once per week; won’t brew more than an ounce or 2 at a time and then lots of coffee grounds in the cup. It’s going back and really disappointed in this product.

  4. We got our K-Supreme Plus after Christmas, 2020. By February, it was only making 8oz of coffee on the 10 and 12 oz setting. Keurig said change the filter and we said we use water from a Brita, took the filter out and it still wouldn’t make more than 8oz. They promptly replaced it. The replacement fried at the first descale cycle. Keurig replaced it again, this time it took 8 days. Last week this 3rd one wasn’t making full cups and here we are mid-July and today it fried in the middle of making a cup.

I like the coffee, I like the size and features of the product. It doesn’t puncture my non-foil top compostable pods, but I can live with that. But I need a reliable machine. They have some problems with this one. We may go back a version, to something less high-tech.
